While we love the architecture of our very large covered porch; it also meant that the roof slope was not appropriate for a typical shingle solution. Zane provided us with design options and was very knowledgeable regarding the features, roofing material expected life and manufacturer warranties. Zane is an expert in the latest installation techniques. Zane structured our solution to include carpentry repair of soffits, enhanced roof ventilation, exterior painting and an upgraded gutter system. I was impressed with the scheduling and project management. The planning was also superb; Zane took the time to remove old roofing at multiple spots and had contingency planning for every project risk; from weather to material delivery to having a strong investment in mobile tools. He truly was prepared for whatever event occurred; and all relationships were managed smoothly. After installation, Zane followed up to assure total satisfaction with every aspect of the project. Zane’s crew is loyal and I personally admired his tenacity in training up the next generation for Legacy roofing – Zane’s young adult sons!
