We had a great experience with Legacy Roofing. After all the recent heavy rains, our roof had developed leaks in several places. I called Legacy Roofing and spoke with Zane. He soon arrived and diagnosed the problem. Some of the sealant around the roof vents, plumbing vents, and exhaust fan vents had deteriorated from the heat and sun and caused the leaks. Zane and his assistant then inspected and resealed every vent on the roof. All done in about an hour and a half from phone call to finish. The cost was more than reasonable too. We will definitely use Legacy again for any future roofing needs.
Wow! We had a huge rainfall last night and saw damage this morning. I found Legacy on line and Zane committed to come early afternoon to review our issues. He and his colleague arrived as promised, both inspected the roof and quickly identified the cause of the leak. He immediately made the minor repair to the spot of the leak and inspected the entire gutter and roof for other potential concerns. None identified. And now we are arranging a future date for repairs to the interior to include drywall and painting. To say we are elated with the services provided by Legacy would be a severe understatement! Highly recommended service provider!!
Leave us a review"We had our roof replaced a few months ago by a different roofing contractor after a particularly violent hail storm. This week, during a heavy rain storm, we had water leaking into hour house from both the flashing around the chimney and into our eaves where our new gutters had been improperly installed. Rather than chase issues as they occured with our new roof, we decided to hire Legacy to conduct a thorough roof inspection as a neutral third party. I called the number listed for Legacy on Google; which was answered immediately by Zane the owner. I briefly explained the situation, he took down our information and agreed to meet me the next day. Zane arrived on site, on time and introduced himself and his business. I gave him the more detailed version of our roofing saga to which he commented helpfully and affirmed what I'd come to suspect; that we'd been taken advantage of as first time home owners by manipulative contractors. He proceeded to inspect the roof, gutters and eaves ultimately coming to the conclusion that while the roofing job was acceptable, the new gutters were improperly installed and needed to be redone completely. If I knew then what I know now, I would have hired Zane and Legacy to replace our roof and while I can't change the past, I truly appreciate his honesty and transparency in helping us resolve an unfortunate situation."
