Zane structured our solution to include carpentry repair of soffits, enhanced roof ventilation, exterior painting and an upgraded gutter system. I was impressed with the scheduling and project management. The planning was also superb; Zane took the time to remove old roofing at multiple spots and had contingency planning for every project risk; from weather to material delivery to having a strong investment in mobile tools. He truly was prepared for whatever event occurred; and all relationships were managed smoothly. After installation, Zane followed up to assure total satisfaction with every aspect of the project.
