Zane started roofing young. Like “pretty sure this violates several Canadian child labor laws” young. His dad, Eric, started a roofing company in 1989, which is still alive and thriving today. Zane spent over a decade installing roofs with his dad before deciding to improve his life by getting an even worse job in the oil and gas industry. From there, Zane did what all highly stable people do: worked his way up to operations manager, owned a software company, became an international sales rep, a real estate agent, and then spectacularly slid back down the mountain into roofing—right where destiny and gravity intended him to be. Somewhere in the middle of all this, Zane managed to lock down a super hot wife, who later blessed him with four boys. They’ve been married for 21 years, which is equal parts the mercy of God and a verified miracle. One day Zane walked into his house to find his wife and kids laughing hysterically. Elias Ptolemy is our resident drone photographer. When he’s not working really hard at school or piano, he’s putting together content for our social media posts and website, however, if you look at the sheer lack of social media content being posted, you can almost guarantee he’s just been playing video games.

Kristin is our stunning secretary who somehow manages to be way more than just ridiculously good-looking. Along with her unfair level of attractiveness, she’s also excellent at bookkeeping—because apparently she decided to max out all her stats. Kristin homeschools her four boys with patience, grace, and—just to be clear—absolutely no intent to physically harm them. She’s intelligent, kind, and a virtuous lover of Jesus… which in no way diminishes the inconvenient truth that she is outrageously, distractingly hot. Rumors around the water cooler are saying she’s sleeping with the boss, which makes sense, because she’s married to him. But even with that level of access, tragically, does not have the administrative privileges required to delete this bio. But if you’ve ever seen her frustrated or angry—wow. Just wow. At this point, it’s hard not to suspect the owner may be intentionally pushing buttons, purely for motivational purposes. For himself.

Fritz has done it all—so much so that he’s basically worked himself out of a job. While his computer skills (or occasional lack thereof) can land him in a bind for a few hours… or, inexplicably, many more hours than any millennial believes is physically possible, he now handles internal scheduling and keeps communication flowing with our crews. Minus the computer, it’s a casual stroll for someone with his level of experience. That experience has also taught him a valuable truth: sometimes the best way to teach is to grab a front-row seat and let the owner fail spectacularly. Offering sage wisdom is just wasted breath when it’s guaranteed to fall on deaf ears—and Fritz is more than happy to let the lessons teach themselves.

Lori used to own a daycare off 8-Mile Road in inner-city Detroit. If you’re impressed, good—you should be.
