"We had our roof replaced a few months ago by a different roofing contractor after a particularly violent hail storm. This week, during a heavy rain storm, we had water leaking into hour house from both the flashing around the chimney and into our eaves where our new gutters had been improperly installed. Rather than chase issues as they occured with our new roof, we decided to hire Legacy to conduct a thorough roof inspection as a neutral third party. I called the number listed for Legacy on Google; which was answered immediately by Zane the owner. I briefly explained the situation, he took down our information and agreed to meet me the next day. I gave him the more detailed version of our roofing saga to which he commented helpfully and affirmed what I'd come to suspect; that we'd been taken advantage of as first time home owners by manipulative contractors.
